Richard Butler - Chief Executive
Richard started technilink iT Ltd in 2000 as an IT consultancy, and in 2003 started to develop DigitalMeeting conferencing. By 2006 DigitalMeeting was ready to go to market. Since then Richard has been successful in growing technilink and the DigitalMeeting brand to become a major player in the conferencing world, and with the launch of the Licenced Business Manager Franchise has extended the customer base ten-fold. Leading the technilink Team to become finalists for the prestigious Winchester Business Excellence Awards for e-commerce in 2007, he was also extremely successful in becoming a finalist for the Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2008. He is married with a young son and is a keen tennis and cricket player in which he plays for a local Winchester team.

Neil Johnstone - LBM Manager
Neil has spent much of his adult life serving in the British Army. He has a strong grounding in communications as a signaller and has won awards for his all round technical and verbal communications skills.

Later he changed track to the Corps of Army Music where he specialised as a Bass Clarinettist. He also plays various saxophones, keyboards and has been known to make a noise on the string bass. He has a diploma from the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music in Band Direction-management and conducting. In his spare time he has enjoys attending and organising science fiction conventions, comedy panel games, and is a real ale bon-vivant.

He loves wearing black, speculative fiction in all media, the history of space exploration, puppies being adorable and cooking his 'special' curries.

Amy Silvester - Business Administrator
Amy joined the DigitalMeeting team in May 2008 as their Business Administrator, responsible for looking after both staff and clients. She has extensive customer service experience at all levels, having spent time dealing with a variety of international and national clients.

Amy is extremely passionate about the environment and as our expert in sustainability she ensures we practice what we preach and promotes and guides our clients in eco-friendly business. She is our representative at the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Sustainable Business Partnership, promoting sustainability within business. Having had extensive experience within the travel planning sector and providing advice to varied organisations, she is on hand to offer expert advice to our customers and partners wishing to reduce their Carbon Footprints.

Amy loves Winchester, to which she moved to in May 2006. Amy spends a lot of her time walking around the amazing surrounding countryside and enjoying the occasional public house garden. She is also keen on music and attends as many local gigs as possible.

Hannah Neate - Sales Associate
Hannah joined us in October 2007 as a recent graduated from Brunel University, where she studied English Literature and specialised in feminism and Victorian literature. Her main roles within the company are widening the client data base, customer services, demonstrations of DigitalMeeting and marketing strategies.

Hannah’s hobbies include long distance walking, reading novels, playing tennis and socialising with friends. Hannah is an avid member of the Chesil theatre amateur dramatics society; you can find her teaching the youth group, starring in a play or helping back stage.

Giorgio Bragoli - Licenced Business Manager
Giorgio joined us in May 2008 as one of its first LBMs having previously worked in the IT and Telecoms sector for more than 7 years. In that time he had worked as a senior systems engineer and then as a network consultant. He had also spent 3 years as an IT trainer.

"The first time I saw DigitalMeeting and what it could do I realized its massive potential not only in the corporate sphere but also educationally. It is a product that is so good in concept that it basically sells itself. I am very lucky to be part of this vibrant team."

In his spare time Giorgio enjoys reading, gardening and going to the cinema.

Brian Flynn - Licenced Business Manager
Brian joined us in June 2008 as one of DigitalMeeting's first LBMs. Brian has many years experience in the Telecommunications and Printing industries. He has managed both production and sales departments. Separate to this he is an inventor with 2 UK and 3 international patents to his name; he has also won International Invention of the year with the British Invention Society.

Brian is currently reading for an MSc at Kingston University. For relaxation and abject infuriation Brian plays golf.
